<p>The problem is that nowhere in the article does it discuss exactly why it is &#8220;enhanced&#8221;.  They just talk about how it is much better.  Reminds me of the detergent commercials where they say their product is &#8220;new and improved&#8221;, but don&#8217;t really state how (usually because it isn&#8217;t).  If someone out there knows, enlighten me.</p>
<p>Personally, I think it was effective because each participant got 20 sessions of therapy, which is a far cry from what most people get.</p>
