Sounds For Your Brain- Part 1

White noise is used for many purposes, but in psychology white noise is mostly used as a way for people to block out distractions, think more clearly, help with sleep, and aid in privacy.  I use a white noise maker outside of my office to ensure my client’s privacy and one at home to help aid in quality sleep.

Until now, you needed to have a dedicated machine (if you planned on using it in the same room) or carry around headphones in order to be able to listen white noise, but now you can do it from the internet.  Go to SimplyNoise, drag the selector at the bottom to change the volume, and enjoy “auditory zen”!
